A fun and addicting game but, they were running a special of $2.99 to upgrade to even more levels. I went ahead and paid for it and.....nothing. It didnt open up the new levels or anything. Contacted the game support and nothing from them either.

I purchase this game but when i looked inside, you needed to unlock all the levels with your $ and its quite expensive to buy four levels then buy six levels but they only cost 2.90 or more so i just purchase it and it turned out really fun and i and my mom still enjoy it. BEST GAME OF MY LIFE!

When you buy a game, especially one that is more than 99 cents you would assume you are receiving the game in whole. Well, you would be wrong. This lovely game only gives you a few levels before declaring if you would like to continue you should purchase the MULTIPLE packages to unlock the rest of the game. This is a rip off and one that has turned me off to all PlayFirst games.

Great game but a hugeeeee waste of money

They allow you to play a few rounds for free then charge you to continue. Just say from the start that its 2.99 to play.

I love this game so much its definitely one of my favorites. But unfortunately I did spend quite a bit of money thinking I get a lot more levels but in reality I only got a few and for the money I paid I shouldve gotten at least 10 more hotels than I did get. Im really disappointed and sad because this game is amazing and I love it and sometimes I just get so addicted I forget about real life but it would be so much better if I actually got my moneys worth.

Keeps crashing, dont waste your money!

The game keeps crashing on me. I love it when I end up wasting my money.

I loved the challenge of the trial levels, so I paid to buy more levels. Mistake. Not only do I have to deal with ads after every level, but the levels are so easy, its not even worth playing anymore. Seriously, people, dont waste your money.

I LOVE this game, but I can only play like 7 levels! If it was completely free, 5 stars.

This game has secretly been charging my debit card, I have been trying for over 2 weeks to contact someone and of course no one has gotten back to me!! Now because I cant pay back what they charged me I cant update anything on my phone!!! Do not download!!

ATTENTION!!!!!!! This game is cheating customers! When I wanted to buy a $ 0.99 in-app purchase, a window showing "$49.99 purchase" pop up secretly during my regular 0.99 dollar purchase. So you easily click the button by accident and spend 49.99 + 0.99 = 50.98 dollars on this game! Never saw any app EVER has this tricky thing! Of course, no customer care response at all! I am working on transaction disputes and will NOT GIVE UP solving this issue until they refund me! How terrible and greedy a company would be to do this tricky thing!!!

I recently paid to upgrade my free version of this game to the deluxe. I got to the 4th hotel -34th level- and I cant play because every time I try it keeps crashing no matter if I purchase something or not. I hope a soon update fixes this, its really begun to get irritating.

I would give this game 5 stars but it I paid $2.99 (supposedly discounted from $4.99) thinking I would get the full game. That was not the case at all. After a few hotels that ask for yet another $2.99, again supposedly discounted from $4.99, to get the rest of the game. I do love this game but I think it is bad how they ask for money and still have adds and then more money to finish the game. Sad to see this happening. Good game though.

This game is very addictive! My only issue is that I pic for five hotels and only got four. Not cool. But the game itself is very challenging and brings out your competitive nature, wanting to get expert on every level.
